At YSHILL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return.


⏱ Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

💰 Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or product issues (subject to stock availability).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Clearance / sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards


📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • In case of damaged/defective products, YSHILL will cover return shipping
